Shrimp Fried Rice is one of my 30 minute meals and my family can’t get enough of it. Fried rice is our favorite way to use leftover rice. Recipe for fried rice with shrimp made healthy by using leftover cooked brown rice, a delicious whole grain that is high in fiber, so it fills you up.


Fried rice is the ultimate leftover food as it requires the use of leftover rice. Otherwise it will not be enough to dry and will be a meaty one. If you want it to be soy-free, try using coconut amino. I use this coconut coconut product for our family and you need a little more salt in it, but it works really well.

  • 1 lb. Count Uncapped Shrimp (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, or canola
  • Beaten 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup green onion finely chopped
  • 5 cups leftover white rice
  • 12 oz frozen carrots and peas melted
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut amino or added to taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Instruction of Recipe for fried rice with shrimp:

In a medium bowl, mix shrimp, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Marinate it room temperature for 15 minutes.


Warmth an enormous non-stick container on medium/high warmth. When a piece of water sinks and evaporates, float in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and add the shrimp to the hot pan and spread them in a single layer. 1 minute per side or cooked and cooked through opaque. Remove into a bowl.


During medium heat, add beaten eggs to the same pan. Smash the eggs with a spatula and cook until they last longer. Remove into a bowl.

Add cooked shrimp and poached eggs back to the pan and mix well. Cook until the rice is hot and stirring continuously. Add more soy sauce to taste if.
