I can introduce you to the last summer dessert. No one will pass on an Oreo ice cream sandwich! Creamy, no churned ice cream studded with broken oreo and sandwiched between a velvety, chocolate brownie. It is simple to whip out a large batch, but they will not last long.

How to make Oreo ice cream sandwich for a long time-

Make ice cream In a large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, crushed parsley, vanilla extract and salt. Then, in a medium bowl or in the bowl of a stand mixer, which was fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into the thick milk mixture
Freeze ice cream. Pour the mixture into a cold pan, keep in the freezer and let it cool for about 5 hours or until the ice cream is sufficient to freeze.

Make Brownies Prepare brownie batter according to the instructions on the box. Pour brownie mixture over prepared sheet pan and spread in a thin layer. It should cover at least half of the baking sheet. Bake brownie batter for 20-25 minutes.

Freeze brownies. When cooled, cover with foil wrap and transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Collect cookies. Remove brownies from the freezer, spread the ice cream on half a brownie sheet, cut the other half in half and place it on top of the oreo ice cream to make sandwiches. Freeze for 1 hour.
Cut the chocolate into square pieces, serve and enjoy!

Place a loaf pan in the freezer, lined with parchment paper for easy cleaning.

Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until it is stiff.

Pour the mixture into a cold pan, keep in the freezer and let it cool for about 5 hours or until the ice cream is sufficient to freeze.
Line a 1/2 sheet baking pan with parchment paper. To cancel.
Preheat your oven and prepare brownie batter according to the instructions on the box.

I recently made this Oreo ice cream sandwich cake for some neighbourhood kids who were playing at our house. At first there were only 2 or 3 children, but by the end of the day, I think every child in the neighbourhood had brought a piece of this cake.

How to make an Oreo ice cream sandwich cake

Ensuring your tray with parchment paper or foil – this is important to get out of the bars for easy cutting and serving.
Once the pan is layered we layer the ingredients: first Oreo ice cream sandwich , Next ice cream, then another layer of Oreo ice cream sandwich and another layer of ice cream.
Just before serving, spread the whipped cream all over the cake and sprinkle the crushed oreos on top.
To make Oreo ice cream sandwich cake in a 9 × 13 pan: For larger sizes, you will need about 24 ice cream sandwiches, 1 and 1/2 container ice cream and 2 containers whipped cream.

Crushing Ovos: Full Oreos can be crushed in a high-power blender or food processor. Another option is to place the cookies in a plastic bag and hit them with a rolling pin until they are crushed. You can also crush the ore in your hands on top of the cake.

Instructions
Line a 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper or foil (important to remove bars and slice into bars). Take out the ice cream to soften it hard, you don’t want the ice cream to melt or become too soft.
Ice Cream Sandwich . You will need to cut them down a bit to fit them (see picture in post).
With a large spoon, spread half of the ice cream on the ice cream sandwich.
Press 9 more sandwiches on top. Spread the remaining ice cream on the sandwich, press firmly. Cover tightly and keep in the freezer until the layers are strong, about 1 hour.
Just before eating, spread the whipped topping to everything. Crush the ore and sprinkle on top.
Cut and serve.
Immediately return any leftovers, tightly covered, in the freezer. Best enjoyed the same day it is made (whipped cream has become icy because it is frozen)
