1/3 cup semolina

12 cups yogurt

12 cups Spinach

¾ cup coriander leaves fresh green

1 medium size carrot grated

12 piece ginger

2 pieces chopped green chillies

salt to taste

1 teaspoon capsicum chopped

¼ teaspoon cumin seeds

¾ teaspoon red chili powder

To cook oil

Take a grinder and grind the oats into fine powder. You can use any type of oats. I used calogues oats

Take out the grits in a mixing bowl and add semolina, curd. Add a little water and mix well to make a thick, smooth solution.

All vegetables and spices – add chopped spinach, grated carrots, chopped coriander leaves, chopped capsicum, grated ginger, chopped green chilies, salt, cumin seeds, red chili powder. Mix it well and add water to make a smooth solution. (Do not add green chilies while preparing for children).

The solution should be spread and add water only. It should not be too thin, it should not be too thick. Beat it and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

After a minute remove the dust and if the solution has become slightly thick then add water to it and bring it to the desired consistency.

Heat an acon stick pan on medium heat and grease the pan with some oil.

When the griddle gets hot, add a spoon of the batter and spread the pancake in a round shape. The size of the pancakes depends on the solution you have taken to spread.

Pour a little oil all around the edges and over the pancake.

Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and grated carrot on top and press it with a spoon so that it sticks to the pancakes.

After 3 minutes turn it again, add some oil drops and cook from the other side.

Cook the vegetarian oat pancake from both sides on medium heat until it turns golden brown and crisp.

Repeat the same process with the remaining batter. In the same way, you can make 2 small pancakes.

Serve vegan pancakes with coriander sauce, mint sauce, or any sauce or sauce of your choice.
