Ingredients to make Macaroni and cheese recipe-
Macaroni – 2 cups
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1 inch finely chopped
Butter – 2 teaspoons
Cheese Cubes – 4
white sauce – 2 cups
Green chilli – 2 finely chopped or as per taste
White Chile Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Refined flour – 2 tsp
Milk – 2 cups
Salt – as per taste
To make cheese macaroni at home, you first take a pan and place it on the gas to heat it.
Now put butter in this pan and heat it.
Now add maida to this hot butter and fry it in a pan on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
After frying the flour, add milk to it and keep stirring it continuously, otherwise the lump will form and cook the milk on low flame till it becomes thick. After the milk thickens, you add 3 cheese cubes to it.
As the cheese starts melting after mixing in this mixture, you put all the rest of the macaroni, finely chopped onion, capsicum in it.
Add the finely chopped green chillies, salt, finely chopped ginger or grated ginger, all to the mixture and mix it well.
Now cook it at low flame to 2-3 minutes. And then you take it down from the gas. Now take a microwave vessel and apply oil to it and lubricate it from inside, then you put all the pan mixture in it.
Now grate one cheese cube out of 4 cheese cubes and pour it over this mixture. Then microwave this pot for 3-5 minutes. Cheese macaroni is ready. Its fragrance will tempt your heart and you will be tempted to eat it.

Tomato sauce – 3-4 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Chaat Masala – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – less than 4 teaspoons
Salt – small spoon or as per taste
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Method For Spicy Macaroni Recipe
First prepare the macaroni by boiling, put 2-3 cups of water in a vessel and keep it for boiling. After the water comes to boil, add 1 teaspoon oil, ½ teaspoon salt and macaroni and let it boil for 10-12 minutes and keep stirring occasionally.
Wash and dry all the vegetables of capsicum, carrots, tomatoes and cabbage and prepare them finely by chopping them.
The macaroni is ready, sieve it with a sieve and remove the water and set it aside.
Put oil in a pan and heat it; When oil is hot, add ginger paste to it, add finely chopped green chilies and fry it lightly. Now add finely chopped carrots and capsicum and fry it a little bit.
After the vegetables are crushed, add cabbage and tomatoes and fry them for 2 minutes.

Veg Macaroni Recipe –
Take 3-4 cups of water in a vessel and place it on the gas to boil the macaroni. When the water starts boiling, add 1 tsp of oil and salt as per taste, boil the macaroni for 10 – 12 minutes, till they become soft. Keep stirring occasionally.Wash and dry all the vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, green chillies, carrots, tomatoes, etc. and chop them finely.
After the macaroni is boiled, take it out of the hot water and throw it away. Heat a little oil in the frying pan and now add finely chopped green chilli and ginger paste to it. Now add chopped capsicum and carrot to it and fry for a while.
When all these vegetables become crispy [crunchy], then add finely chopped cabbage and tomatoes and cook it for another 2-3 minutes. Now add salt, chaat masala and red chili powder to it and cook it for a few minutes. Now add macaroni and add green coriander and mix it well with the vegetables. Stir it for 1-2 minutes. Your veggie macaroni is ready. Now take it out in a plate and garnish with green coriander and serve it.
Tips for making macaroni well:
After boiling the macaroni, soften it, take it out in a sieve, pour cold water over it and shake it gently with some light hands. This will not make the macaroni sticky and will be bland.
