Paneer In Red Gravy recipe

A delicious and healthy dish made with zero oil, without onion and garlic


4 servings

200 grams Paneer (in cube)

1 tablespoon Paneer (grated)

1/2 cup milk

5 tomatoes (puree)

10 roasted cashew nuts (powder)

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon green chilli paste

1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped

Salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon or as per taste

1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi

1 tablespoon coriander powder

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1 large cardamom

5-7 whole black pepper

1 bay leaf

2 cloves

1 “Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon sugar

Water as required


Add a little milk to cashew powder and prepare 1/2 cup milk solution.

Cheese in Red Gravy recipe

Heat the pan for one minute on the high flame and add cumin, whole black pepper, big cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, and cinnamon and fry for 1 minute on the flame.

Add ginger and green chilli and stir for 30 seconds.

Stir in tomato puree and mix with salt, curry pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, sugar and fenugreek fenugreek. After frying tomatoes and spices, stir and boil a cup or water as required, cook on slow flame for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the gas.

Add garam masala. Serving out in Baul. Garnish with grated cheese and coriander leaves and serve.

Paneer in white Gravy recipe


200 gm cottage cheese

2 onions

2 inch ginger

5-6 cloves garlic

15 cashew nuts

1 cup fresh cream

1 bay leaf

2 cloves

1 small piece of cinnamon

1 cardamom

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon garam masala

2 tablespoons Ghee

Salt to taste

1 cup milk


Boil 2 cups of onion, ginger, garlic and cashew nuts and grind them on cooling.

Heat ghee in a wok and add bay leaves, cardamom and cinnamon. Add ground paste and chop the roast till the ghee leaves.

Now add sugar and salt and stir by adding fresh cream. Add milk, add black pepper and add cheese.

Add water as per need and cook for 5-10 minutes, add garam masala and serve hot.

Bedmi puri aloo sabji recipe


The content of the whole

2 cups flour

1 cup urad dal or moong dal

3 green chillies

1 inch ginger

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 tablespoon red chilli powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 tsp souf powder

3 tablespoons oil for Moyan

Salt to taste

2 pinches asafoetida

1 teaspoon celery

Ingredients of potato vegetable

4 large potatoes

2 tomato paste

3 tablespoons oil as needed

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 whole red chilli

Powder of 3 cloves, 1 tsp of souf

1 tsp Kasuri methi

5 grains of fenugreek

1 tablespoon red chilli powder

1 tablespoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Salt to taste

1 tsp Garam Masala

Oil for frying the whole


First to the urad dal. Add water, keep it blooming for 5 hours, then add dal, green chillies and ginger cumin in a mixer and grind it to a fine paste.

Then add PC dal, salt, oil, all the spices to the dough, add a little water and knead the tight dough and keep it covered for 10 minutes.

Then boil the potatoes then peel and break into small pieces when cool

Then heat a frying pan, add oil, whole cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chillies, cloves, fennel seeds, then add tomato paste and add all the fried spices, add oil and fry on medium flame till oil starts appearing from the spices.

Then add potatoes, add water as required, add salt to taste, cover, cook till gravy thickens, add Kasuri methi and garam masala in the last mix and after 1 minute turn off the gas.

Then put oil in a pan and re-smooth the hot, kneaded dough and fry the whole dough on medium flame till golden brown or crisp.

Famous Broken Frutti  Biscuits recipe

This biscuit is India’s popular fruit cookies.

Ten + twenty minutes


Twenty five pieces approx

1.5 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup custard powder vanilla flavor

1/2 cup Amul Butter

1 cup powdered sugar

Broken Frutti Colorful

10-15 cashews (chopped)

1 tsp rose essence

4 tablespoons milk (if needed)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda


Sieve and mix flour, custard powder, baking powder and baking soda and keep aside.

Now filter the butter and sugar in another bowl and mix it according to the picture with the help of visc.

Now add broken fruity and cashew nut and rose essence to it and mix it.

Now add maida and castor powder to it and mix it well to make a dough. Add milk if needed.

Now divide it into two parts. And as per the picture, wrap it in sealing foil and give it a shape. Now keep it in the fridge for one and a half to two hours to set.

When it is one and a half hours, put salt and stand in a pan on the gas and cover it and keep it on low flame for ten minutes to preheat. Put the gas which is the fastest on the flame.

Now take a roll out of the fridge. And remove its foil. And cut the biscuits with the help of a knife. And place a greased curry plate a short distance.

Now put that plate in the preheated curry embroidery. Cover and cook on low flame for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Likewise prepare all the biscuits. Check the baking time of the biscuits as per your requirement. May be slightly more or less.

When the biscuits are baked, take out the plate comfortably and do not touch the biscuits right now. Let cool for about ten minutes. After ten minutes, place them on a mesh stand for fifteen minutes. When it is completely cold, fill it in an air-tight container. And enjoy.

Orange Flour Biscuits recipe-

Haldi Dough Biscuits are very much liked by all of them.


4 tablespoons native ghee

1 bowl ground sugar

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon orange essence

1 bowl wheat flour

1 bowl of salt to bake

Can also be baked in microbe.


Mash one layer of sugar and ghee thoroughly with your hands.
