8 oz. semi sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips, (250 grams)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8-inch round cake pan (or 9-inch) with non stick vegetable oil spraying. Line base with parchment paper. *SEE NOTES*
