Low-fat Yogurt Toppings for Fresh Fruit

As our logo picture shows, it's okay to indulge yourself with a delicious fruit dessert as often as you wish. The key is in the topping, and keeping it low-fat is easy!You don't have to just settle for plain low-fat or non-fat yogurt with your delicious fruit salad, instead, try using the vanilla flavored yogurt (or add a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla yourself) for added taste.
If you want to be really bold, try some of the fruit flavored yogurts like strawberry or raspberry!
Another tasty option is to fold in 1/2 - 1 c. of any flavor non-fat yogurt with 1 - 1 1/2 c. of non-fat whipped topping. For some special flavors try the lemon or strawberry-banana!
You can add a spoonful of wheatgerm for an even healthier treat. Wheatgerm is high in protein and loaded with nutrients.
