Low-Fat Salmon Spread

Ingredients:
1 8-ounce package fat-free cream cheese
2 T. grated onion
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can drained salmon, bones and skin removed
2 T. fresh parsley, mincedDirections:
* Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl until blended.
* Stir in the drained and deboned salmon and mix well.
* Sprinkle with minced parsley and serve on crackers or bread.
