Mango-Pineapple Smoothies

In case you haven't noticed lately, smoothies are in! They're packed full of good nutrition and low in fat, but the best part is... these low fat concoctions are simply delicious!

1 mango, very ripe
1 c. orange juice
1 c. pineapple chunks (fresh or canned and drained)
1 T. fresh lime juice

Puree ingredients together in a blender, add 2 cups of crushed ice and blend until thick and creamy.
