Raspberry Mandarin Orange Jell-O Salad
by Julie McDonald, CookingLow-Fat.com
When making Jell-O salads, be sure to use the sugar-free Jell-O mix and you will save even more calories. When mixed together with fruit, you really can't tell the difference at all.Directions:
Mix a small box of raspberry Jell-O Gelatin according to package directions and add a drained can of mandarin oranges.
Place in the refrigerator and chill overnight.
Be creative with your own Jell-O flavor and fruit combinations!
Remember that gelatin helps your finger nails to grow strong and hard, and keeps them from splitting and breaking all the time. I eat Jell-O gelatin four or five times a week now and my nails look beautiful.
