Tangy Grilled
Chicken Kabobs

Opal says "I've been cooking these kabobs for
so long I can't even remember where I got the recipe from, but they taste so
good I know you'll love them!"
Ingredients:
1 c. Miracle Whip dressing
1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix
2 T. vinegar
2 T. water
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast halves, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces (boneless and
skinless)
3 c. cut-up fresh vegetables (peppers, mushrooms, onions and zucchini)
Directions:
Mix Miracle Whip, salad dressing mix, vinegar and water. Reserve 1/2 cup
dressing mixture for dipping cooked kabobs.
Arrange chicken and vegetables on 6 skewers. Pour remaining dressing mixture
over skewers in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate. Place kabobs
on grill over medium-high coals.
Grill 10 - 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning once. Serve
with reserved 1/2 cup dressing mixture.
